I am a Registered Psychologist who is respectful and gentle. My aim is to provide a safe and trusting atmosphere in which you can voice your concerns and work on your issues without feeling judged. I have several years of experience counselling individuals through personal and career transitions. I treat a broad range of issues including trauma, PTSD, emotion regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. Helping individuals navigate career and workplace concerns (including vocational assessment) are other areas of interest. I also work with couples, and those struggling with relationship issues, which might include setting healthy boundaries, learning communication skills, giving and receiving emotional validation, and exploring one’s own identity and personal needs.

My aim is to help you build on your inner strengths and resources, heal from emotional pain, restore self-worth, and transition into an optimal level of functioning in your relationships, personal life, and career. Whether you need a safe and supportive atmosphere to talk through and explore issues, or are looking to gain coping skills, I can support you on your journey.
