Edmonton Counselling PsychologistI enjoy providing services to individuals, couples, and groups who are searching for ways to improve the quality of their experiences, thereby leading to a greater sense of empowerment, understanding, and fulfillment in their lives. I am a Registered Psychologist with over five years of counselling experience. In this role, I believe my priority is to hold what is well in my clients and help them find what they want to flourish. Over the past several years, I have worked effectively with people experiencing trauma-related effects and addictions, including eating disorders. I value working with both individuals struggling with trauma/eating disorders and their supporters such as parents, partners, and friends.

I am currently working towards certification in an attachment-focused approach to therapy with couples, called Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). As part of my training, I am looking for couples who are seeking to improve their lives together.

I embrace a client-centered framework that emphasizes equality and empowerment, and I consider a genuine therapeutic relationship to be paramount for healing, growth and change. I bring compassion, warmth and humour to therapy, and I would be honoured to help you access the change you seek in your life experiences.
