Dr. Kirsten Klingle

As a registered psychologist who has worked with people from all walks of life, I am consistently struck by the resilience and strength of the human character. Yet, I also recognize the immense vulnerability that can come from reaching out and asking for help. Thus, it is with a deep sense of respect and care that I approach the therapeutic relationship and the important work we do. As such, my intention is to provide you with a warm, safe, and relaxed environment where we work through the issues that matter most to you.

In terms of areas of specialization, I am particularly passionate about working with clients who are experiencing shame (we all do, from time to time), as I see this as being at the heart of many of the challenges we face. That said, I am confident that through our work and relationship we can help you meet your therapy goals. Put simply, we are in this together.

Finally, as someone who believes in authenticity and bringing my whole self to the work that I do, I would also like you to know that I am a proud cat-mom to two kitties, I am obsessed with all varieties of sushi, and I feel most like myself when I am in the great outdoors.
