Life may have its challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. I’m a Registered Psychologist specializing in counselling and performance psychology. I believe that individuals have the ability to work through challenges they face, however at times can have difficulties navigating these challenges or feel stuck. I will collaborate with you to help facilitate desired change. I work with a wide variety of issues and tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual. I help people with managing stress, navigating life transitions, dealing with injury or chronic pain, moving forward after trauma, or handling anxiety and depression, among other concerns.
My process involves uncovering and strengthening the abilities you already have while promoting greater self-understanding, and coping skills to help you arrive at meaningful and practical solutions. This is accomplished in a safe and trusting environment.
